Bourbon & Beer Pairing: Thursday February 28

To finish up February in style we’re cracking open a bottle of Woodford Reserve’s Master’s Collection Oat Grain Kentucky Bourbon, 2018 release. It’s aged 7-8 years but the age isn’t what makes this special — it’s the grain recipe. Adding oats and reducing the rye content makes it closer to a traditional Irish style whiskey but aged in the style of a bourbon. We are pairing it with a glass of Three Creek’s Brewing’s Silver Medal winning McKay’s Scottish Ale. We will start serving at 5pm sharp and supplies are limited! $20 per pairing.
